Goodnight, Wednesday.
Can you believe December is nearly half way over! Christmas will be here before you know it and January is waiting in the wings!
I just did a first round of updates for our list of things to do in January. If you’d like to take a look, the link is below.
ESSENTIALS FOR THURSDAY (12-12-24):
Weather: Partly cloudy with a high of 32° | 0% chance of precipitation
Thursday’s Do: Discovering Ansel Adams is at the Cincinnati Art Museum and the exhibition is free on Thursday nights from 5-8pm - perfect for date night or a quick stop after work. As always, general admission to the art museum and parking are free at CAM.
Thursday Double Do: Behringer-Crawford Museum is hosting a S’more and More activity as part of their seasonal Holly Jolly Days , 4:30-5:30. Join in for s'more-making and other family activities in NaturePlay@BCM, located outdoors. Free.
SIGN UP:
Registration opens on Sunday, December 15 for a Winter Moonlight Stroll at Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum. Join Spring Grove's Horticulture Team for a full moon hike in Spring Grove. With a little luck, nature will supply the snow and a clear night. The event itself happens on January 13, 6-8pm.
Families Create! Workshop: Remarkable Robots is happening on February 15 starting at 10-11:30am. This event is hosted by Weston Art Gallery (downtown, attached to the Aronoff Center). Tickets required.
Ikea is hosting a Gingerbread Cookie Decorating event on Saturday, December 14, 11am-3pm. The event is free but you do have to register.
365Cincinnati thanks our sponsors for supporting this year’s Christmas in Cincinnati!
