California Woods will be home to “Hidden Blooms and Winter Greenery: A Walk Through the Old Growth Forest” on January 20, 1-3pm. This is a free programs but space is limited and you must register.

Cincinnati Art Museum is hosting “Family Storytime and Gallery Walk” on January 6, 11am-noon. Explore the galleries by stopping at different artworks for a hands-on learning activity and a related story. Young families are invited to meet museum staff on the yellow couches in the Schmidlapp Gallery. Staff will then lead families to see three or four art objects related to a particular theme. Each stop includes an interactive experience that can be enjoyed by families along with a storytime by a Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Librarian. Free but reservations are required.

The Wizard of Oz will be on the big screen on January 28-31. See it at Showcase Cinema de Lux Springdale, Cinemark Western Hills 14, Cinemark Oakley Station and XD, AMC West Chester, AMC Newport on the Levee, Regal Deerfield Town Center and RPX, Cinemark Milford 16. Tickets required.

Clermont County Park District is offering a “Landowner Conservation Series” in 2024. This series is a partnership between the Clermont County Soil and Water Conservation District, OSU Extension Office, and Clermont County Park District that gives you ways to practice conservation on and protect your land. Each date will include a lecture to provide background, a hands on component, and plenty of time to answer your questions and troubleshoot problems. It's held on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Topics include: Growing Backyard Vegetables, Sustainable Yard Care, Invasive Plant Removal, and MANY more. Registration required.
