If you’re planning to go to the Festival of Lights at the Cincinnati Zoo this year, here are some tips for you:

  • Visit during the week if you can (to avoid the potential crowds).

  • They have lots of great food options at the Zoo but you can also take in your own food (no outside alcohol or glass containers).

  • You can reserve an electric wheelchair for your visit.

  • Arrive early to see the animals. The animals usually go inside around 5pm.

  • Your admission gets you into the Zoo at any time of the day so make the most of it and go early.

  • You can see the Animal Encounters and all that’s happening at the Zoo today here.

12-2: Downtown Dazzle is happening at Fountain Square, 6-10pm. This is a free event that includes Santa rappelling from a high rise building and a fireworks display. (Santa program starts at 7pm)

12-2: The 34th Annual Lebanon Horse Drawn Carriage Parade is happening at both 1pm and 7pm.

12-3: MadTree’s Winter Market will feature locally crafted and sourced goods to make your Christmas shopping one little bit easier!

12/5-12/17: Mrs. Doubtfire is coming to the Aronoff Center, presented by Broadway in Cincinnati.

12/9-12/10: City Flea will be at Factory 52 (Norwood) for their Holiday Market, 12-4pm both days. They’ll have 50+ vendors and will have new vendors each day. Shop local at this outdoors event.
